Treat yourself to a night of deep healing, relaxation and rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit!
Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice which induces full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. During the practice one appears to be asleep, but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level.
Yoga Nidra is a ‘sleep’ where all the burdens, stress, strain and anxiety are thrown off to attain more blissful state of awareness, a relaxation much more intense than ordinary sleep.
Yoga Nidra is practiced lying on the floor in savasana completely still, supported by cushions and covered in a blanket. Yoga Nidra is perfect for even those who have never practiced yoga before. Just lie back, get comfortable and listen to the teacher’s instructions and let go.
